Enjoying the Simple & the Extraordinary Things

Staying at Home With Two Toddlers Under 2

Being a stay at home mom of two toddlers 2 and under, I’ve already spent quite a bit of time at home, even before the stay at home order due to the corona virus. Being outside has been my oasis. I’m trying to learn not to take even the littlest things for granted. I’m so blessed to be able to have to opportunity to stay at home with the girls and see them grow and develop on a daily basis. I thank God every day that I’m able to do that.

All Because of God

Maybe it’s not even the simple things. Sitting in the sunshine-that’s all due to God. Having a healthy family-that’s also due to God. Margaret being able to walk and play-once again God. Cecelia developing her vocabulary and speaking skills, definitely a blessing. I’d call it all extraordinary!

Feeling Anxious and Scared

I have to admit that in the beginning of the stay at home order, I was a little anxious and scared like I’m sure many people have felt at some point or another during this crazy time. Who would have thought 2020 would have brought about a pandemic? Not me!

Being Thankful

What are the simple things you are thankful for? What are the extraordinary things you are thankful for? What have you learned during this time?

Happy Wednesday! It’s going to be a great one!
